Greetings from Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Office of Mediastinum! We are pleased to share with you the brief report of the journal. Mediastinum has made some significant progress since it birth in March 2017, especially in terms of building up of the internationalized editorial board, organizing focused issues, creating special columns and cooperating with the ITMIG. We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all the editorial board members, authors, reviewers and readers for their enthusiastic and vigorous support and contributions to the journal and look forward to more colleagues’ participation in this endeavor and journey to explore and research on this kind of rare disease for the benefits of mediastinal patients.
